Caesars Cuts 80 Table Jobs

Caesars Atlantic City eliminated 80 table-games jobs, the result of lost business to the new Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa. Caesars led the city in table-games revenue last year. In the first three months after Borgata opened on July 2, Caesars' table business declined 16 percent compared to the same period last year. Borgata is now No. 1 in tables. The Atlantic City News Reported that they do not plan to remove any of the 133 tables.
