Dealer at Harrah's Reno Casino Sues Over Tips

A dealer from Harrah's Reno has filed a lawsuit in Washoe County District Court over a change in the way players' tips are collected and distributed to employees. Dealer Marion Gavin objects to a policy change that has resulted in the casino paying out the tips on employees' biweekly paychecks. Before Oct. 31, dealers collected the cash directly from the players. Gavin wants to keep it that way. Read More.
