When you play craps you are not limited to making only a pass line bet. You can bet on any of the point numbers at any time. This is known as placing a bet. You can make a place bet in addition to a pass line bet or make it without betting the pass line. Placing the 6 and 8 are two of the best bets on the craps layout.
