Surviving a Losing Streak

My last trip to Las Vegas was a nightmare because I encountered a five day losing streak. It did not matter which game I played, I lost on every time. Losing takes a toll on you psychologically and after the third day I knew I need a break. I had tried several relaxation techniques but they did not work so I resorted to taking a day off. Have you had a long losing streak? Here is what I did to try to cope with my situation while I was losing.
