Boyd Gaming Players Club Goes National

Monday October 27, 2008
Boyd Gaming announced that they were linking the players clubs from all of their casinos into one national club. The new national club is called B Connected. This is great news for players who play at different Boyd properties not only in Las Vegas but also in the South and Midwest.

Several years ago Boyd linked their three downtown casinos; Fremont, California and Main Street Station together. Then they linked together their Coast branded casinos but they were still separate clubs as was the club at Sam's Town. When I visited Las Vegas I had to use three different cards when I played at the Boyd properties. Instead of getting credit for a lot of play on one card I got less credit for my play spread amongst the three cards. Also when I made my annual visit to Sam's Town in Tunica I was not getting a lot of credit because of my infrequent play.

Now it will be nice to have everything linked together. If you play at the Boyd properties make sure to sign up for the new B Connected Card. If you have your older cards from different Boyd casinos you should bring those along to make sure they link all of your accounts correctly.
