Have You Encountered Bad Customer Service

With less people visiting the casino, you would think that they would be trying to offer exceptional customer service to keep the players coming back. This doesn't seem to be the case lately. It seems that the "Service" has been missing from the customer service at many casinos. Maybe it is because of layoffs of personnel. Whatever the reason, I have started to receive e-mails about this problem. Have you had any bad experiences? Want to just rant or get it off your chest? the indian casinos here Michigan and Wisconsin have extremely bad service. And the comps are getting tighter and tighter
Everbody has a bad day now and again. I usually give the benefit of the doubt the first time. I realize every business is not represented by only one person. Most places aim to please I’ve found.
It also depends on my delivery as well. People will always treat you better if you’re nice about your business.
