Gaming Today Offers Free $1Million Tournament

Wednesday March 11, 2009
The NCAA Championship Basketball tournament is like the Super Bowl. People who don't usually watch or bet on College Basketball suddenly take an interest during the annual tournament that crowns the National champion. Like the Super Bowl many of these people will be taking place in the numerous "office pools" that have become popular. You can also enter many pools online and although some of these contest charge a fee, there are some that are free.

Gaming Today is a weekly paper published in Las Vegas and it is one of my favorite publications for keeping up to date the latest casino news, games and sporting events. This year Gaming Today is conducting a free March Madness contest with a first prize of million dollars to the winner if they can pick 61 out of 63. There are plenty of other prizes listed with the official rules of the contest. Even if you don't follow basketball it is worth taking a shot with a free entry in the tournament . To sign up visit the Gaming Today website.

Thank you for the awesome article about our contest. I just wanted to make sure you and your readers know that the winner doesn’t necessarily get $1 million — only if they get 61-63 of their picks right.

The winner could get only 49 or so right, let’s say. If that’s the case, then the winner won’t win any of the money prizes, but they will get a night in the Palms’ huge Hardwood Suite (which has a basketball court in it!), dinner for two at NOVE Italiano and bottle service for two at the Playboy Club here in Las Vegas. There are also prizes for second and third place finishes. The million isn’t guaranteed to happen — but someone WILL win the other prizes.

And I’m thrilled you love the paper!!
