Rick is like many gamblers who believe their fortune or misfortune can be influenced by outside forces. In fact, almost every gambler, no matter how logical or intelligent he is, has some form of superstition. It can be anything from the color of clothing they wear while gambling , to just avoiding certain situations that make them feel unlucky.

Psychologists say that some superstitions are developed subconsciously by the results or outcomes of a situation and become a basis for future gambling sessions. Many gambling superstitions have been passed down over the years and been repeated so often that they are taken as fact among gamblers. Here are some of the popular gambling superstitions.
