Another $5 Million Winner at A.C. Trop

The month of June issued in another $5 million winner at the Tropicana casino in Atlantic City, New Jersey. In April, blackjack player Don Johnson won an amazing $5.8 million at the Tropicana. The huge win actually put the casino's blackjack numbers in the red by $1.8 million. It was the first time an Atlantic City casino has lost money over a sustained period since the clubs were legalized in 1978. Not even the card counting teams led by Ken Uston managed to do that!

However, the boardwalk casino was rocked by another big winner this week. An unidentified male had an incredible streak of luck over a six-hour period and racked-up $5.3 million in chips at the craps tables.

The player did the right thing and tipped over $150,000 to the dealers and left whistling a happy tune.

In related Tropicana news, the casino plans to offer something new over the Fourth of July holiday weekend: a small pit of six blackjack and two roulette tables that will feature female dealers in new uniforms. Expect those uniforms to be pretty revealing!
