Ten years ago if you were thinking about visiting a casino you would be making plans to head for Nevada or Atlantic City. In the last decade however, casino gambling has spread across the United States at a rapid pace. Casinos have sprouted up from coast to coast and even found their way into America's Heartland, the Midwest.

Many people are still unaware of all the gambling opportunities that exist in this part of the country. The Midwest has a large number of Riverboats, Racetracks, and Land-based and Native American Casinos. Midwest Gaming and Travel magazine is helping to enlighten players about the many gaming destinations they can visit in this section of the county, from the northern forests to the rolling plains, from historic river towns to cosmopolitan cities.

Midwest Gaming & Travel is a monthly, four-color glossy magazine with an editorial coverage area that extends across the states of Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Wisconsin, and to cities in neighboring states that enjoy a close proximity to riverboat, Native American, racetrack and land-based casinos.

Midwest Gaming and Travel magazine published their first issue in December 1996 and has grown to become the trusted source of information for readers across the country who are looking for gaming destinations in America's Heartland. Each year they print a comprehensive directory of all the casinos in the Midwest. This year the January issue covered all of the commercial casinos and the February issue was devoted to Native American Casinos. But this is much more than just a travel magazine.

Midwest Gaming and Travel features articles and stories written by many of the top gaming writers and authors in the country. You will find information about the games, strategies, money management and other information to help get the most out of you next casino visit. This is an excellent gaming magazine for all players, even if you don't have immediate plans to visit the Midwest.

The list of writes contributing to Midwest Gaming and Travel includes Scoblete, Tamburin, Grochowski, Robinson, Edell, Renzey and many more.

On the Midwest Gaming and Travel website you can read some of the archived articles from past issues. Take a few minutes and what this fine publication has to offer.
