Making Your Odds Bet

Odds Bet

Most casinos offer double odds which means you can make a bet twice the size of your pass line bet. If you passline bet is $5 you are allowed to make an odds bet of $10.

To make the odds bet you place your chips behind your pass line bet. You should follow the “Two finger rule” when putting down your odds bet. This means that there should be a space equal about the size of two fingers between your pass line bet and your chips for the odds bet. This is done so that if the dice land on you chips they won’t get stuck between the chips.
