March 03, 2004April 1st Target for Reopening of HorseshoeIf Harrah's Entertainment executives get their way, the sale of Binion's Horseshoe will take place Thursday and they'll begin next week interviewing workers from the 52-year-old property who want to return to work. Wednesday's special regulatory meetings of the Gaming Control Board and the Nevada Gaming Commission are expected to allow the sale of the landmark hotel-casino, an approval that Harrah's expects would allow the casino to reopen by April 1.
