Cynthia Haines  a California woman lost $115,000. gambling online. She refused to pay and had her case settled in her  favor. Now Fred Marino is suing American Express and Discover Card after losing $25,000 gambling online. He claims that the credit card companies are profiting from illegal online gambling.
