Learning how to play the casino game of crapless craps takes only a few minutes. It does help if you already know how to play standard craps. In the game of crapless craps, the first roll of the dice can produce an instant winner with a seven, but not the usual eleven total on the two dice for pass line betters. If an eleven is rolled, it becomes the pass line "point." And, as the name implies, the game is crapless, so a first roll total of two, three or twelve does not signal a loss on the pass line. Instead, those totals become the pass line "point."
Odds BetsSince crapless craps has four new points to make (2,3,11,12), the casinos offer standard "free" odds on those numbers. Taking odds on your pass line bet pays {6 to 1} on 2 and 12, and {3 to 1} on 3 and 11. Some casinos offer 5x odds, and that makes the pass line bet with odds a house favorite by only about 1 percent.
Other BetsMost other bets on crapsless craps are the same as on a standard casino crap game. However, the game allows the player to make place bets on the 2, 3, 11, and 12. The 2 and 12 pay 11-2 odds with a house edge of 7.14 percent. The 3 and 11 pay 11-4 odds with a house edge of 6.25 percent.
Because the game is crapless, there is no don't pass bet and don't come bet offered.
